Successful Installation of 2-Ton Vacuum Induction Melting Furnace in Turkey

We are pleased to announce the successful installation and commissioning of a 2-ton Vacuum Induction Melting (VIM) furnace for our customer in Turkey. The project, which commenced in late December 2025, was completed after over a month of dedicated work, with final commissioning achieved on January 30, 2026.

For this significant project, our company dispatched a team of five experienced technicians to the site. Their expertise and meticulous execution ensured a smooth and efficient installation process, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.

This order represents a valuable expansion of our partnership with the customer, who previously purchased a 300kg VIM furnace from us. Their continued trust in our technology stems from the reliable performance of the initial furnace and their satisfaction with our comprehensive after-sales support. This repeat order for a larger, 2-ton model was placed to scale up their production capacity.

Through close collaboration with the customer’s team, our engineers not only successfully commissioned the new furnace but also conducted thorough operational training.
