Vacuum Induction Melting Furnace

This vacuum induction melting furnace adopts the theory of medium frequency induction heating. It is equipped with a high vacuum system so that the metal melts under a high vacuum situation. This furnace is widely used in many kinds of research and production, such as nickel and special steel, precision alloy, activity metal, high-temperature alloy, magnet material,l, etc. It is also suitable for the vacuum precision cast of small parts.

Vacuum Induction Melting Furnace Feature

• Adopt lGBT or KGPS medium frequency power supply the max temperature is 2000C.
  
• Mechanical pump + Roots pump + diffusion pump vacuum unit, the ultimate vacuum can be 7x10-3Pa.
  
• Standard matching alloy feeder. Turning the handwheel of the feeder can add material to the crucible.
  
• An optional secondary feeding system can feed material continuously in a vacuum environment.
• HMl adopts an HD touch screen, a built-in operating system developed by our company.
• The furnace cover is equipped with an observation window to facilitate observation of the working conditions in the furnace.
• The glass observation window is usually covered with a shield to avoid contamination by metal vapor deposits.
• The inductor for melting the metal is located inside the furnace shell. The inductor is wound by a rectangular copper tube, and the inductor is fixed on the electrode by two coupling heads, so it is easy to install and disassemble.
  
• A pre-sintered forming crucible can be placed inside the inductor, or a crucible can be pounded inside the inductor. The refractory material used to make the crucible is related to the variety of metal being melted.
