Engineered for precision vacuum brazing heat treatment, this furnace is specialized in high-quality silver brazing of PCD tools, diamond tools and superhard materials. It delivers exceptional thermal performance with a maximum temperature of 1350°C and maintains excellent temperature uniformity (±5°C) within a vacuum-sealed chamber, ensuring oxidation-free, high-strength joints in diamond tooling, carbide parts, and wear-resistant alloys.
Key technical features comprise a molybdenum foil vacuum chamber and circularly arranged molybdenum heating belts, which enable uniform radiant heat distribution. The system integrates a mechanical and diffusion pump vacuum unit, achieving an ultimate vacuum level of 7×10⁻³ Pa. Operation is facilitated via an intuitive HD touchscreen interface and a PLC-based automated control system, with optional inert gas quenching for controlled rapid cooling.
