Steam Activation Tubular is a high-temperature rotary tube furnace with a Steam Generator and a Steam Flow Meter (up to 1200℃, 3–7 RPM). This furnace ensures uniform heat distribution, shorter sintering time, reduced energy use, and high-quality output for powders and granules. It’s mainly used for continuous physicochemical processing of loose materials, featuring various heat exchange methods and thermal control zones. It is also ideal for calcining inorganic compounds, especially in R&D for Li-ion battery cathode materials with conductive coatings like LiFePO₄ and LiMnNiO₃.

  • 310S heat-resistant steel furnace tube, center-thickened structure with tapered ends.
  • Upper open furnace cover design for real-time observation of heated materials
  • Furnace tilt angle 0 – 30℃ variable, it’s convenient for loading and unloading material
  • The tube rotating speed is 3 – 7 RPM variable ( reversible), and there are 3 quartz lifting plates on the inner wall of the tube. When rotating, the material is fully turned over and evenly heated.
  • It has safe operation functions such as opening and closing power, over-temperature alarm, and leakage protection
