Our vacuum brazing furnace is specifically designed for high-quality silver brazing of diamond tools and superhard materials, providing exceptional thermal performance with a maximum temperature of 1350°C. The furnace ensures highly uniform heating (±5°C) within a vacuum-sealed environment, essential for producing oxidation-free, robust joints in diamond tooling, carbide components, and wear-resistant alloys.
Key features include a molybdenum foil chamber and circularly arranged molybdenum heating belts for consistent radiant heat distribution. The system is equipped with a mechanical and diffusion pump vacuum system, achieving an ultimate vacuum of 7×10⁻³ Pa. Operation is simplified through an intuitive HD touchscreen interface and a PLC-based automatic control system, with optional inert gas quenching for rapid cooling.
