We are pleased to announce the shipment of a high-performance Vacuum Oil Quench Furnace, designed for professional heat treatment applications. This furnace features a graphite hot zone chamber insulated with graphite felt, ensuring efficient and uniform thermal performance. The heating elements are made of graphite tubes, known for their long service life and easy maintenance.
The furnace employs a dual-chamber design: the rear chamber is dedicated to heating, while the front chamber facilitates oil and gas quenching. The upper section serves as the gas quenching zone, and the lower section is equipped for oil quenching, complete with a lifting mechanism, charge system, oil mixing, and oil heating devices.
Key operational features include:
A composite radiation baffle with excellent thermal insulation and trapping performance.
A three-speed gear motor-driven lifting system enabling smooth workpiece transfer—low speed for loading and high speed for quenching.
An efficient oil mixing system with deflectors to enhance oil circulation and cooling capacity, utilizing low-noise, high-efficiency mixers.
A gas cooling cover with an intermeshing tooth flange structure for superior sealing integrity.
The fully automated control system ensures stable and reliable operation, making this furnace ideal for bright quenching, annealing of various steel grades, as well as vacuum sintering, brazing, and other high-temperature processes.
