A high-temperature electric resistance sintering furnace with a temperature range of 1400°C to 1700°C is now ready for shipment to a leading university materials science laboratory. The system has been specifically engineered to support advanced research and thermal processing of high-performance ceramics, carbon-based composites, and refractory alloy materials that require stable ultra-high-temperature environments.

Designed for laboratory-scale precision heat treatment, the furnace incorporates high-quality MoSi₂ (molybdenum disilicide) heating elements, enabling reliable operation at temperatures up to 1700°C while maintaining excellent oxidation resistance and long service life. The high-purity ceramic fiber board insulation structure ensures efficient heat retention and uniform temperature distribution throughout the chamber, which is essential for achieving consistent sintering results.

The furnace is equipped with a touchscreen temperature controller with ±1°C control accuracy, allowing precise programming of heating profiles including ramp rates, soaking stages, and controlled cooling cycles. Temperature measurement is performed using a B-type thermocouple (Pt-Rh alloy) protected by a 99.7% purity alumina tube, ensuring accurate and stable readings under extreme thermal conditions.

With a compact chamber size, the furnace is well suited for laboratory experiments, materials characterization, and small-batch sintering processes. Typical applications include ceramic sintering, powder metallurgy processing, high-temperature annealing, and materials development research.

For operational safety and durability, the furnace is integrated with over-temperature protection, a door safety interlock, and reinforced furnace top structure, ensuring stable performance during high-temperature operation.
