Single Zone Split Tube Furnace

The Single Zone Split Tube Furnace is a compact high-temperature furnace designed for sintering, annealing, calcination, and heat treatment of various materials. With a maximum temperature of 1200°C, it provides stable temperature control and a uniform heating environment for laboratory research and small-batch production.

The split-type design allows the furnace to be opened easily, making sample loading, furnace tube replacement, and maintenance more convenient. A high-purity quartz or alumina tube can be selected according to the process requirements. Inert gas such as nitrogen (N₂) or argon (Ar) can be introduced for controlled-atmosphere heat treatment.
