We are pleased to announce the shipment of the BR-12NRT Rotary Split Tube Furnace. This advanced furnace is engineered for high-temperature calcination processes requiring exceptional uniformity, making it ideal for laboratory-scale production of advanced materials such as Li-ion battery cathodes (e.g., LiFePO₃, LiMnNiO₃).
Key features include a maximum operating temperature of 1200°C, a variable tube rotation speed (3-7 RPM) with internal quartz lifters for optimal material agitation, and a programmable 50-segment PID controller for precise thermal profiles. The system also ensures operator safety and process integrity with a double-shell air-cooled design, over-temperature protection, and a high-vacuum capability down to 7x10⁻⁴ Pa when equipped with the molecular pump.
