This controlled inert gas oven operates under a protective atmosphere. The chamber is pre-vacuumed to minimize oxygen content before nitrogen or argon is introduced, enabling precise high-temperature processing. Its excellent atmosphere, integrity, and compact design make it ideal for material laboratories and small-batch production of semiconductors, silicon nitride, and similar products.
Oven Features

1400℃ (SiC heating elements)
1700℃ (MoSi₂ heating elements)
Constructed with alumina polycrystalline fiber insulation for balanced temperature distribution and pollution-free operation.
Fully enclosed furnace structure with double-layer thickened steel plates, rated for 0.1 MPa positive pressure.
Reinforced top, sides, and rear with 12mm solid square steel to prevent vacuum deformation (maximum vacuum: -0.08 MPa).
Temperature control via industrial-grade 0.2-class precision PID instruments with 50-segment programming capability.
Superior door sealing: Four hand wheels secure the door against a high-temperature silicone gasket for optimal atmosphere integrity.
