The Bogie Hearth Industrial Chamber Furnaces Max. temperature 1200°C is widely used for heat treatment processes such as sintering, annealing, and aging of high chromium and high manganese steel castings, gray and ductile iron parts, rolls, crusher hammers, wear-resistant linings, and various mechanical components.
Industrial Chamber Furnaces Features
Key features include an all-fiber ceramic lining for high thermal efficiency and durability, a four-side heating system ensuring excellent temperature uniformity, and Japanese ceramic nails for secure and long-lasting heating element installation. The furnace is equipped with a trolley built with horizontal silicon carbide or high-temperature cast steel plates. An intelligent programmable temperature controller allows multi-segment program editing and storage, enhancing process precision and repeatability.
