A Horizontal Vacuum Furnace with Graphite Hot Zone is designed for ultra-high temperature heat treatment processes under vacuum or protective atmosphere conditions. With operating temperatures up to 2200℃, this type of furnace is widely used for sintering, annealing, brazing, and high-temperature processing of advanced materials, ceramics, graphite products, and specialty metals.
The furnace adopts a high-efficiency graphite hot zone structure, providing excellent thermal uniformity and fast heating performance. Graphite materials offer low thermal mass, high emissivity, and outstanding resistance to extreme temperatures, making them ideal for demanding vacuum heat treatment applications.
The insulation system is constructed with imported graphite soft felt and rigid felt, ensuring excellent thermal insulation and reduced energy consumption. The furnace chamber is built with a double-layer water-cooled structure, featuring a stainless steel inner shell and carbon steel outer shell for reliable operation and long service life.
For convenient loading and unloading, the furnace can be designed with front-opening or double-opening furnace doors. An observation port allows operators to monitor the heating condition inside the chamber during operation.
Temperature measurement is achieved through a combination of W-Re thermocouple and infrared pyrometer, ensuring accurate and stable temperature control throughout the heating process. The thermocouple system can automatically move in and out according to process requirements.
