High Temperature Electric Furnace with Hydrogen Process Unit

This high temperature electric furnace with hydrogen process unit is designed for high-temperature sintering, annealing, reduction, and heat treatment of materials requiring a controlled hydrogen or inert gas atmosphere. The furnace can operate at temperatures up to 1700°C, while the integrated hydrogen process unit provides controlled gas supply, atmosphere regulation, pressure monitoring, and hydrogen safety protection.

The furnace chamber is constructed with high-purity alumina fiber insulation, and high-purity molybdenum wire heating elements are used for stable high-temperature operation. The sealed furnace structure helps maintain a controlled atmosphere and minimize air infiltration during hydrogen processing.

This hydrogen atmosphere furnace is suitable for processing fluorescent materials, metal powders, titanium alloys, advanced ceramics, electronic materials, and other materials that require a reducing or inert atmosphere during high-temperature treatment.

High Temperature Hydrogen Furnace Features

  • Maximum operating temperature: up to 1700°C, with the working temperature programmable according to the process requirements.
  • Heating elements: high-purity molybdenum wire with a molybdenum content of up to 99.99%, providing reliable heating performance at high temperatures.
  • Controlled hydrogen atmosphere: designed for hydrogen or inert gas processes, including H₂ and N₂ atmosphere operation.
  • Gas flow control: independent flowmeters are provided for hydrogen and nitrogen to regulate gas flow according to the heating and process requirements.
  • Furnace pressure control: a pressure sensor and controller monitor the internal furnace pressure and automatically regulate the inlet and exhaust valves to help maintain stable operating pressure.
  • Double-layer furnace housing: the water-cooling and air-cooling structure helps control the temperature of the furnace shell and sealing components during operation.
  • Sealing and cooling system: cooling water is integrated into the upper sealing structure to help maintain sealing performance during high-temperature hydrogen processing.
  • Hydrogen safety system: the hydrogen exhaust gas is safely burned through an automatic ignition system. A flame detector monitors the burner, and if ignition fails or the flame is extinguished, the hydrogen supply is automatically shut off and nitrogen is introduced for safety.
  • Protective gas purge: nitrogen can be used for chamber purging before hydrogen introduction and during shutdown, reducing the risk associated with residual hydrogen and oxygen.
