A heat treatment furnace with an N2/Ar airflow is designed to provide a stable protective atmosphere during high-temperature material processing. The temperature control system uses an industrial-grade intelligent controller with PID regulation and multi-segment programmable heating functions, ensuring accurate temperature management during complex heat treatment processes.

Reliable sealing system

The furnace door features a high-performance sealing structure with a silicone O-ring and locking hand wheels, ensuring good airtightness during vacuum and atmosphere operation.

Optional Automatic Gas Mixing System

An automatic gas mixing system is available to precisely control the ratio of nitrogen and argon. This option provides greater flexibility for different material processing requirements and improves atmosphere stability.
