Our vacuum brazing furnace is engineered specifically for the high-performance brazing of diamond tools and superhard materials, delivering exceptional thermal processing capabilities with a maximum operating temperature of 1350°C. The system guarantees outstanding temperature uniformity (±5°C) within a high-vacuum environment, which is critical for creating oxidation-free, metallurgically sound, and durable joints in diamond tool segments, carbide substrates, and wear-resistant alloys.
Key technical features include a fully metallic hot zone, constructed with molybdenum heating elements and heat shields, to ensure consistent radiant heat distribution and long service life. The furnace is integrated with a high-efficiency vacuum system, comprising a roots mechanical pump and oil diffusion pump, capable of achieving an ultimate vacuum level of 7×10⁻³ Pa to facilitate active brazing in a perfectly clean atmosphere. The entire process is managed by a user-friendly HMI touchscreen interface and a sophisticated PLC-based automatic control system, allowing for precise programming of temperature, vacuum, and cooling cycles. An integrated high-purity inert gas quenching system is available for controlled rapid cooling to optimize the microstructure of the braze joint.
