Electric Fusion Furnace up to 1800°C

A Fusion Oven up to 1800°C is designed for ultra-high-temperature thermal processing where excellent temperature stability and heating uniformity are essential. It is widely used in research laboratories, universities, advanced material development, and quality control laboratories for processing high-performance ceramics, refractory materials, glass, and specialty alloys.

The Brother Furnace 1800°C Fusion Oven features premium MoSi₂ heating elements, a ZrO₂-lined alumina fiber chamber, and a high-precision SCR PID temperature control system with ±1°C accuracy. The controller supports 51 programmable heating and cooling segments, allowing users to perform complex thermal cycles with excellent repeatability. The furnace is CE certified and incorporates an over-temperature protection system and a double-layer insulated housing with forced-air cooling, keeping the external surface temperature below 60°C for safe operation.

With a maximum operating temperature of 1800°C and a continuous working temperature of 1750°C, the furnace is suitable for a wide range of high-temperature fusion and heat treatment applications, including:
