We are pleased to announce the upcoming delivery of our advanced Atmosphere-Controlled Box Furnace, engineered for high-temperature processing up to 1700°C. This furnace is equipped with a pre-vacuum purge system that effectively reduces oxygen levels prior to the introduction of protective atmospheres such as nitrogen or argon. With outstanding atmosphere integrity and a robust structure, it is ideally suited for heat treatment R&D, materials testing, and specialized industrial processes under precisely controlled conditions.
Atmosphere-Controlled Box Furnace Features
Max temperature: 1700°C (using high-purity Mosi2 heating elements)
Standard chamber size: 200×200×200 mm
Furnace construction: High-purity alumina fiber insulation ensures uniform temperature distribution and a clean, contaminant-free heating environment
Fully sealed furnace body with double-layer reinforced steel plate, capable of withstanding 0.1 MPa pressure
Sturdy frame construction with solid square steel reinforcement on top and sides, maintaining structural integrity under vacuum conditions; maximum vacuum up to -0.08 MPa
Temperature control system employs an intelligent PID controller with 50-segment programmability
The furnace door features enhanced sealing, secured by four handwheels and a high-temperature silicone gasket for reliable atmosphere isolation
